Change Color Intensity to Transparency and put it with the check box next to Transparent Background

If I want to create a transparent png I need to "Discover" that Color Intensity is what I want to select and use to adjust the level of transparency. I think CI should only show if I am NOT selecting transparent background and if I AM selecting transparent background, then Transparency shows up.
